Plain terms for a tool that never takes custody of anything you own.
What this is
Stodex is an interface to public Solana programs. It shows market data and helps you build transactions your own wallet signs. It is not a broker, not a custodian, and not an adviser.
Custody
We never hold your assets and never ask for a private key or seed phrase. Anything that moves value is signed by your wallet, on your device, after you approve it. Disconnecting ends our access completely.
No advice
Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell. Prices, rankings, and figures are informational, are supplied on an as-is basis, and can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Every decision you make with them is yours.
Risk
Tokens can lose all of their value, quickly and without warning. Smart contracts can contain faults. Liquidity can vanish between the moment you see a price and the moment a transaction lands. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Fees
A swap through Stodex carries the fee published on the buyback page. Solana's own network fee applies on top and is paid to validators, not to us. The split between the buyback and the protocol is stated in the interface and in the source.
Availability
The interface may be unavailable, degraded, or changed at any time. Data feeds may lag or fail. We do not promise uptime and are not liable for what happens while the site is down.
Eligibility
You are responsible for knowing whether using a decentralized exchange is lawful where you are, and for meeting any tax or reporting duties that follow from your activity.
Changes
These terms can change. The version in the public repository is the one that applies, and its history shows what changed and when.
